Kojonup Caravan Park > Lake Towerrinning > Water Skiing > Swimming > Yachting.

For the thrill seekers, trail ride through the bush or water ski at Lake Towerinning (Moodiarup Lake) which is a very nice council picnic and ski area with barbecues and toilets at the bottom of the third lake. Further around the lake is the nature reserve section of the lake.

Although popular with water skiers, it is also a delightful place to enjoy the water birds, swim or just relax and do nothing. (Please note that the lake is closed for skiing when the water level is low).

Lake Towerrinning is approx 40 minutes drive from Kojonup and is a unique 256ha phenomenon close to but not directly part of the Arthur River.

It is a large and beautiful semi freshwater lake with clean sandy beaches located between the South Western and Great Eastern Highways just west of Arthur River in the State's fertile farmland. Follow the sign posts 37 kilometres south of Darkan to this aquatic playground.

Lake Towerrinning is ideal for all water sports including swimming, water skiing and yachting.

Over 57 varieties of birds can be found in the surrounding bush lands and swamps and the area is ideal for bushwalking.

Park your caravan at the Kojonup Caravan Park or stay in one of our warm cosy cabins or caravans and enjoy a leasurely drive to Lake Towerrinning.

Lake Towerrining came alive on December 4th 2011.

From 10am to 4pm, Sunday December 4th 2011 the WA Speedboat Club raced on Lake Towerrining. Due to the generous support of Hitachi this years race meeting was a community free entry event.
